Find a football coach – all across Switzerland
Is your club looking for a coach for youth, senior or women’s teams? On CoachMatch you’ll find coaches with licences, experience and clear availability – free and direct.
Why it is so hard to find a coach
In Swiss amateur football, many clubs are short of coaches – especially for children and youth teams. Openings are mostly shared through acquaintances or WhatsApp groups. They get lost within hours, and the right people never hear about them.
CoachMatch brings coaches and open positions together on one platform. Coaches show in their profile which role they are looking for, which licences they hold and when they are available. Clubs post their opening once – and it stays visible and searchable.
How to find a coach on CoachMatch
- Post an opening: Team level, league, desired start and what you offer. It takes about two minutes.
- Browse profiles: Filter by sport and availability and search by location, role or licence.
- Get in touch directly: Logged-in members write via the contact form – the message arrives by e-mail, the reply goes straight back.
- Set up a notification: Get an e-mail as soon as a matching coach joins.
What to look for when choosing a coach
Besides qualifications – such as UEFA licences (C, B, A) or J+S recognition – what counts in amateur sport is above all availability, reliability and fit with the club. Clarify early on which days you train, what the team’s goals are and whether there is any compensation. A trial session helps both sides.
